my sailor moon villains Ash, ruler of the greed of chaos,  Sailor scales, and Blitz.
Ash's mother is the true villain, he is one of 7 sons. he is the youngest and weakest, and works to get approval from his mom (classic). The eldest son was in charge of getting rid of Celestial and scales, however during there fight scales (meaning both like dragon scales and scales like to weigh or balance) is believed to of died, in reality her heart was switched to the side of evil and the eldest/strongest son was switched to the side of "good". Blitz isn't a villain but a small child with bad family and influences and WAY to much power with no way of controlling it... he falls in with a bad crowd.  my three lil villains who you SEE, the others are more like shadowy puppet masters. Basically they go around killing ppl/forcing ppl into acoma's and stealing there souls which ash then forms into beads of chaos on his belt. there is a LOT of information when it comes to the villians these guys are pretty awesome in my mind lol
